1. Hourglass body structure (X structure)
Ideal body structure in terms of proportions: equal width of shoulders and pelvis, narrow waist. If you are endowed with such a physique, all you have to do is emphasize it.
What will suit you? Tight items such as tight pencil dresses, tight skirts, shirts with small and short sleeves, shirts with necklines and skinny pants.
What won't suit you? Avoid as much as possible oversized cuts that expand from the chest down. They will only fatten you and not flatter you.

2. Triangular body structure (A structure)
Women with a triangular body shape will often have a wider pelvis width than shoulder width, and a narrow waist. Such a body shape will be complimented by cuts that balance the width of the shoulders and the width of the pelvis.
So, for example, romantic shirts with volume in the sleeves, batwing shirts, A-line or loose-line dresses and straight-line pants will be flattering.

3. Round body structure (O structure)
If you have a round body shape, you can notice that the dominant part of your body shape is the center of the body and the stomach, while the waist is a bit blurred.
To dress flatteringly, simply accentuate your waistline and blur your stomach.
How do you do that? Loose shirts with a V-neckline, shirts in light fabrics, dresses with slight cuts and dresses with a seam under the bust.
If you have a round body shape, all you have to do is emphasize your waistline and blur your stomach, using loose V-neck tops like this one, and also using dresses with slight cuts, like this one

4. Inverted triangular body structure (Y structure)
A body structure in the shape of an inverted triangle, that is: shoulders wider than the pelvis, and a narrow waist. Women with such a body structure have shoulders that are actually the most prominent and widest part of the body. Therefore, in order to dress flatteringly, you should create the illusion that your shoulders are narrower. How do you do that? Using collared shirts, wide tank tops, dresses with a slight cut and tight at the waist and pants with a wide cut.
Women whose shoulders are wider than their hips will be flattered by collared shirts as well as dresses with loose cuts that create the illusion that the shoulders are narrower

5. Rectangular body structure (or H structure)
What does a rectangular body shape mean? The width of the pelvis and the width of the shoulders are equal, and the waist line is blurred. To compliment such a body shape, we prefer to create the illusion of a more feminine waistline. How do you do that? Shirts with deep necklines, flimsy skirts, dresses and shirts with a waist belt or with a cut at the waist that created the appearance of narrowing the waist, Kofiko pants.
To flatter a rectangular body shape, we will create the illusion of a more feminine waistline by using dresses with a waist belt. For the blue dress, for the red dress (in black)

I'll finish with a little tip I've learned over the last few years. For anyone who is undecided or unsure: there was not one woman who measured the model of the chain shirt with me and was not surprised to find out that it flattered her. Both women with a waist, and women without a waist, broad or narrow shoulders, large or small breasts... there are classic items that can probably suit all of us. So if you hesitate: experience has proven to me that this shirt is not wrong ;-)
There wasn't a single woman who tried the chain shirt model on me and wasn't amazed to find out that it flattered her. For the black and white chain shirt

You are welcome to try, and if I made a mistake - get your money back :)

And we'll end with a lovely quote from fashion designer Tom Ford :
"Dressing well is a form of good manners"
