maturation process

A somewhat personal post - about who I used to be and what I am today.
I will start with a lovely quote that I really identify with, by Vera Wang , an American fashion designer with an elegant and meticulous line:
"A woman is never sexier than when she is comfortable in her clothes"

Full disclosure: When I was a teenager I had a closet full of clothes. I remember doing a lot of babysitting, about three times a week. I spent most of the money on clothes and I liked the feeling that I had a lot and that I could change all the time. Was I comfortable in my clothes? not always. Most of the time I was actually uncomfortable. I wore pants that were too tight and too low. I wore very high heels. I used to care a lot about how I look and what I wear.

Since then I have grown up. More correctly - I grew up. I'm no longer looking for the "lot" and the "exploded closet". I open the closet and end up choosing the same ten percent of clothes. what clothes First and foremost - the ones that are most comfortable for me. The ones who always compliment me, even on my worst days. The ones that don't wrinkle every time you sit or move or walk. These ten percent represent the most refined part of my wardrobe - these are the first clothes I pack with me when I go on a trip, and the last ones I want to throw in the wash.

This internal maturation process did not happen in one day... it was such a process that started in my pregnancy. In one of the early months of my previous pregnancy, I remember getting up in the morning and getting dressed in the room, putting on shoes and going towards the living room. From the very first step I felt uncomfortable. I went back to the room - I took off my clothes and chose other clothes, and I come back again, God forbid. This was the first time in my life that I felt that I was not able to live with this discomfort (which I received with a lot of understanding when I was a high school student). I finally chose an outfit that I was comfortable with and moved towards the living room with a huge sigh of relief. Since that day, basically, I don't allow myself to wear anything I'm not comfortable with anymore.

I meet more and more beloved women and customers who measure my clothes and come back and tell me that they are comfortable and pleasant in the clothes and they feel fun with the way they look. And I always smile to myself. This is exactly the essence of my work - I want you to be comfortable and pleasant in the clothes you buy. That you feel that you like the way you look without suffering or checking all the time if the clothes are wrinkled/moving/pressing you.

When I produce a new collection for you, it is important for me to be the first model to measure everything. Why? Because I check first that the clothes are comfortable for me. If something bothers me about a garment I'm designing, I'll do everything to fix the design. And if I don't succeed and the garment (as stunning as it is) is still not comfortable for me? As sad as it is for me - the model will be thrown in the trash and I will move on to design the next model. I think that fashion is first and foremost functional and should meet the most basic need: to be comfortable.

A new Dandesh collection is already on the way and I can no longer resist (and I long to show it to you). The shooting day of the new summer models will take place very soon, so there is a lot to look forward to.
And in the meantime? You can enjoy special prices About the winter collection.
