Exchanges and returns
Exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, an exchange is given within 7 business days from the day of receipt of the shipment and provided that the items are new and have not been used in any way. In order to exchange an item, contact me and let me know by phone 052-8128882 or email liatbrandel@gmail.com. You can return the item and exchange it for other items on the site. You can return the item in one of the following options:
- To send back by registered mail: wrap the item, send to me By registered mail to the address that appears on the envelope sent to you. Don't forget to save the shipment number for tracking.
- send back via Courier service: Contact me and let me know that you wish to return via courier mail. I will arrange collection for you, the courier will collect the item within 1 to 5 business days. The service costs NIS 35.
- Come to the studio in Tel Aviv - Gebul Givataim and return the item (by telephone arrangement).
It will not be possible to exchange items that were customized to the customer's request or items that were produced according to special requests.
When purchasing boxes, it will be possible to exchange a product for a product when the products are identical (changing the color of an item of the same model) according to the conditions written in each case. When exchanging for another item, the credit will be calculated as the relative amount remaining from the price of the package, and the entire discount will be deducted from the credit.

When purchasing boxes, a partial return of the box (one item out of two) will also be possible. In such a case, the discount given when purchasing the case will be cancelled, and the entire discount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
A credit is made through the payment method in which the transaction was made, minus the full price of the shipping fee.
