How to place an order on the website? After browsing through the various categories on the site and choosing the items you wanted, choose a color and click on add to cart. At the top of the page, next to the shopping cart icon, the item you selected will be added. To continue adding more items to the cart, you can continue to browse additional product pages and add them to the cart as well. If you're done - it's time to click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page and from there go to the checkout, choose a delivery method and a payment method. And that's it - I'll let you know when the package is ready and headed your way using the email address you entered during the website registration process.

I have never ordered online - is it possible to order by phone? happily! I am here at your service and will be happy to help you place the order. Do I have to register on the website to order? There is no obligation to register on the website. You can use the order option as a guest and make a purchase without registering on the website. The details entered on the checkout page are used to ship the package. After completing the purchase as a guest, you can at any time register on the website and create an account based on the details entered in the order. Registering on the website shortens the purchase process for future purchases on the website since all personal details already appear under "My Account".

How do I know you received my order? If your order has been accepted, the message "Your order has been successfully received" will appear after clicking on placing the order. In addition, an email will be sent with order confirmation and payment receipt to the email address you entered during the purchase process on the website.

Is it possible to change the delivery address? Certainly, as long as the shipment has not yet left your direction, please contact me immediately and I will take care of the change.

How do I know if the product is in stock? The stock on the website is updated automatically, as long as the "out of stock" mark does not appear, the item is in stock.


How soon will I receive the order and what is the shipping cost? For purchases over NIS 400, shipments are sent by registered mail for free . For an order over NIS 400, the shipment will be sent by a courier to your home for free . For an order under NIS 400, you can choose a home courier delivery method, at a cost of NIS 19, and for an order under NIS 199, a home courier will cost NIS 25. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00-18:00 on Sunday-Thursday, so it is recommended to give an address where you are during these hours. Delivery times depend on the address entered during the purchase process:
  • Delivery by registered mail (via Israel Post) will arrive in a period of up to 14 business days from the moment the package leaves.
  • Courier delivery to your home - up to 5 business days. To the big cities and towns, the shipment can arrive as early as the next business day from the moment the package leaves, not including the production time of items that are not in stock.
To which address should I order the courier, my residential address or my work address? Deliveries are made on Sunday-Thursday between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00, so it is recommended to choose an address where it will be convenient for you to receive the delivery during these hours.

How can I know when the package will reach me? If you ordered delivery by registered mail - a tracking number for the package will be sent to you by email along with a link to the Israel Post website - where you can enter the tracking number and see exactly where your package is at any given moment. If you ordered home delivery with a courier - the courier will coordinate his arrival with you at the phone number you entered.

Returns and exchanges

I ordered an item and would like to return or exchange it. What is the product exchange/return policy? no problem! You can return and get your money back minus the shipping cost, or change the color free of charge. Any item can be returned/exchanged, within 4 business days from the day of receipt of the shipment, as long as it has not been used at all and the ticket label is affixed in its original form (and as long as it is not a custom-made item). A copy of the original receipt must be attached to the package, and the bag must be sent by registered mail to me.
In the case of an exchange, due to limited stock, the item must be sent to me by registered mail, contact me so that I can reserve the desired product for you, and place a new order for the requested item. As soon as the item reaches me, I will process the credit to the credit card. The requested item will be sent to you for free by registered mail, unless you prefer it to arrive with a courier within 1 business day for an additional NIS 35.
Another option is an exchange by a courier who arrives with the requested item and collects the item you wish to return from you within 1 business day, at a cost of NIS 50.

How long does it take for the package I returned to reach you? Israel Post undertakes to reach me within 14 business days, but most packages arrive before that. As soon as the package arrives I will immediately contact you by email or phone. If 14 business days have passed and you haven't heard from us, contact me at 052-8128882 and I will handle the matter immediately.

What is the refund policy? If you would like to return an item and receive a full refund for it, as long as it has not been used at all and is in its original condition, please send it to me by registered mail within 4 business days from the date of receipt and I will issue a full refund, minus the shipping fee.
* It will not be possible to exchange items that were customized to the customer's request or items that were produced according to special requests.

Dimensions and fit

I have a dilemma about which size to order. How do I know what size I am? Basically, it is recommended to order the usual and common size in your closet. You can also take a look at my size chart which gives all the information you need, and in addition, on each item page you can see the details of its measurements in cm - so self-measuring at home with a simple measuring tape can help you decide what exactly will fit you.

My shirts and tops are loose fitting, so if you are between sizes it is better to take the smaller size. In many of the items, the measurement is ONE SIZE, and is suitable for different body structures. In the "Product Details" tab, the length and width measurements appear. How is it recommended to wash LIAT BRANDEL items? My products are made of high-quality and fine materials, inside each item are indicated the washing instructions suitable for the type of fabric. These instructions must be followed in order to extend the life of the item. In general, most items will be hand washed in cold water with similar colors, and they are not suitable for washing in a washing machine.

Is it possible to order an item customized to my measurements? for sure! Do you have any special requests? Want a slightly longer dress? Interested in a longer sleeve? Charges and payments

Is it possible to pay in installments? Yes, absolutely: for every purchase on the website in the amount of NIS 600 or more, you can choose to pay in two payments. During the payment process, after adding the items to the shopping basket and after filling in the personal details, you will be taken to a secure payment page where you must enter your credit information and where you can choose the desired number of payments : 1 or 2.

What payment methods can be used to pay? You have the option to pay with several types of credit cards, PayPal account and bank transfer. To make a bank transfer - you can contact me. You can also send an email to the address and indicate the name of the desired item, color, purchase amount and shipping address and indicate that you would like to receive the account details for a bank transfer.

Can I pay in cash? Yes, you can pay in cash. This can be done by phone order only. If you want to pay in cash, you can place an order by phone and coordinate with me to pick up the item. The cash payment will be made at the time of picking up the item, which we will arrange by phone, or you can arrange a time with me for the purpose of payment only, and receive the item via delivery, of your choice.

Gift card - how does it work? After purchasing a gift card, a code will be sent to the email you entered, this code must be entered during the purchase process. The gift card is valid for 6 months. If the purchase amount is higher than the gift card amount, you can add the difference.
